Payment

Payment is accepted by cheque, postal order or by debit/credit card via Paypal*. 

*Please note: if you are paying by credit/debit card there will be a 3.2% charge plus 20p per order.

Postage & Packaging

Please note that postage and packaging will be charged seperately, the cost will be dependant upon the number and weight of your items.  Charges are as follows:-

Between 800 grams-1kg	£2.92	£2.30
Between 1.1 - 1.2kg	£4.25	N/A
Between 1.3 - 1.5kg	£5.00	N/A

Please let me know which postage class you prefer when ordering.  You will then be sent an invoice for your purchases.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  I offer the following:-

• Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 14 days.
• Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding.
• All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
